Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about Stadium View.

01

Is Stadium View licensed and regulated in my country?

+

Stadium View holds a licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and is also regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC) for customers in those jurisdictions. We accept players from many countries where online sports betting is legal, but you must confirm that gambling is permitted in your region before signing up. All accounts are subject to age and identity verification to comply with regulatory requirements.

02

What is the minimum deposit and how can I fund my account at Stadium View?

+

The minimum deposit at Stadium View is $10 (or the equivalent in your currency). You can fund your account using Visa or Mastercard, e‑wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller, direct bank transfer, or cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Deposits via cards and e‑wallets are instant; bank transfers take 2‑3 business days. Stadium View does not charge any deposit fees.

03

How are World Cup match odds displayed, and can I switch between decimal, fractional, and American formats?

+

By default, odds are shown in decimal format (e.g., 2.50 means a $1 bet returns $2.50 total). You can change the display to fractional (e.g., 3/2) or American (+150) in the Account Settings > Odds Format section. The change applies immediately to all markets, including live betting. Each format shows the same underlying probability, just expressed differently.

04

What happens to my bet if a World Cup match is postponed or cancelled?

+

If a match is postponed before it starts and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet is void and your stake is returned. If a match is abandoned after kickoff, settlement follows the official competition rules – typically the result at the time of abandonment is used if the match is not completed. You can follow the status of each match on the My Bets page.

05

How does the cash-out feature work on live World Cup bets?

+

Cash-out lets you settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss based on the current odds and time remaining. The cash-out amount is shown on your bet slip; you can accept or reject it. Cash-out is not available for all markets (e.g., some proposition bets) and may be suspended during critical moments. If you decline, your original bet stays active.

06

What responsible gambling tools does Stadium View offer, and how do I set personal limits?

+

Stadium View provides deposit limits, stake limits, session time limits, reality-check alerts, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. To set a limit, go to Account > Responsible Gambling, choose the tool you need and confirm the amount or duration. Limits take effect immediately; self-exclusion also halts login and stops promotional emails for the chosen period.
